Most Kiddiko products can be cleaned using a soft cloth or sponge with warm water and mild soap. Avoid using harsh chemicals, bleach, abrasive cleaners, or solvents, as these may damage the materials or affect the product's finish.

Our play mats feature a water-resistant surface that can be wiped clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. We recommend cleaning spills as soon as possible to help maintain the appearance and longevity of the mat.

This depends on the product. Items such as towels may be machine washable according to the care label, while products like play mats, play pens, and baby floats should only be cleaned by wiping them down. Always follow the care instructions provided with your product.

After each use, rinse the baby float with clean fresh water, especially after swimming in chlorinated pools or salt water. Allow it to air dry completely before storing it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Rinse the wetsuit thoroughly with fresh water after every use and allow it to air dry naturally away from direct sunlight. Do not tumble dry, iron, or use bleach, as this may damage the fabric and reduce its lifespan.

While many Kiddiko products are suitable for outdoor use, we recommend storing them indoors when not in use. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, rain, or harsh weather conditions may cause colours to fade and materials to wear more quickly over time.

Store products in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and moisture. Ensuring products are completely dry before storage helps prevent mould, mildew, and unpleasant odours.

We recommend using only mild soap and warm water for routine cleaning. If disinfecting is necessary, always test any cleaning product on a small, inconspicuous area first and avoid products that contain harsh chemicals or bleach.

Extended exposure to direct sunlight may cause colours to fade over time and may shorten the lifespan of certain materials. When products are not in use, we recommend storing them indoors or in a shaded area whenever possible.
